Requirements:
– Work permission;
– a very good command of the English Language;
Responsibilities:
– maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails ( for e.g. Send a greeting e-mails to costumers one week ahead and CC the person in charge. Make 10-15 phone calls to our overseas customers, from Tuesday to Thursday every week in order to get their reply.
– write down the phone call report and prepare following e-mails;
– working from home;
Compensation:
– NT$ 1,500 per week (need to finish 10+ cases)
– in a case of long-term relationship salary will be discussed individually
