Business Operation Analyst (Contractor) Opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>HP Inc. is looking for a business operation analyst in supply chain operation urgently and hopefully he\/she can be on board by the end of April.<\/p>\n<p>If anyone is interested, please send resume directly to Ms. Marlene Chang at <a href=\"mailto:Marlene.chang@hp.com\">Marlene.chang@hp.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business Operations Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for excess inventory analysis, mitigation and tracking<\/li>\n<li>Produces reports and analyzes data to develop excess and obsolescence liability estimates and articulates findings to management.<\/li>\n<li>Works with cross functional teams (ODM\/Global Business Unit \/ Regional Business Unit) to initiate, track and resolve action to reduce excess inventory<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates with ODM, regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance current business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Communicates actions and requirements to the regional and global business unit planning teams.<\/li>\n<li>Creates professional and informative powerpoint presentations<\/li>\n<li>Collaborates across regions and business units<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence an ODM, Global Business Unit and Regional Business Unit<\/li>\n<li>Typically interacts with Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts quantitative and qualitative business models and analyses to contribute to large projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First level university degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>Typically 2-4 years of experience in a supply chain function.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and data modeling skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other analytical aids to help manage the operation. (Must be familiar with EXCEL.)<\/li>\n<li>Developing Project Management Skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP)<\/li>\n<li>Developed understanding of import\/export regulatory requirements and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Moderate level of knowledge of inventory analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>HP Inc. is looking for a business operation analyst in supply chain operation urgently and hopefully he\/she can be on board by the end of April.
